fix: urutan filter data siswa: Jurusan → Tingkat → Kelas

Browse Source 
- Dropdown diurutkan: Jurusan, Tingkat Kelas, Kelas
- Jurusan di-sort by department_name (alfabetis)
- Hapus kode jurusan dari option (cukup nama)
