Subject: [PATCH] fix: tampilkan 'E-Jurnal (Sinkron Otomatis)' di Dicatat Oleh

Jika violation dari sync E-Jurnal (recorded_by=null),
sekarang tampilkan ikon sync + label E-Jurnal,
bukan '?' atau '-' seperti sebelumnya.
